I get to review a pretty awesome Protein powder for ya'll today! (ITS FROM VITACOST!!!)
Aro Black Series Whey Protein Complex Chocolate is the only chocolate flavored protein powder I have ever been able to drink. I hate chocolate protein powders for the most part, but love chocolate protein drinks. This makes it very hard to look at chocolate protein powders with a smile. They make me sad! I do not like the taste or smell of most of them. I know lots of people who think they are the bomb so don't knock it try it!

I hate chocolate protein powders for the most part, but love chocolate protein drinks. This makes it very hard to look at chocolate protein powders with a smile. They make me sad! This one is just so amazing! It reminds me of the Odwala protein drinks in chocolate flavor. I love them! The powder tastes like hot chocolate which is awesome because it could be a really great way to sneak some more protein into a small child's diet through "chocolate Milk". My brother who is 11 loves it and always tries to steal the end of my smoothies made with it because he has figured out how amazing it is as well!
I personally use one part milk, one part ice and one part water with a scoop of the protein powder. It tastes like a chocolate smoothie or frap type drink. the powder it self is very creamy and rich. the first time I drank it I mixed it with only water and it was like hot chocolate made with milk. That awesome!
The actual stats of the product are don't mean a lot to me because I don't need a million grams more of protein in my diet. I do appreciate the health benenfits when I don't get time to eat a full meal or I have a meal that does not already have protein in it.

In actuality I have a limited background in Nutrition. I love it etc. But I don't have a degree in the subject. I do know that most people do NOT NEED 20 grams of protein a day unless you are doing some hard core workouts and muscle creating activities.
I do recommend this protein powder to anyone who already includes it in their diet or vegetarians who do not consume meats and feel that they are missing out on protein.
Overall, I think this is an awesome product! I love it and it is the best Chocolate Protein powder I have ever used!
