OASAP Claw earrings!!!!!!!

Today I am reviewing an interesting item. Oasap is a cool company!!  Check out the end of this post if you are a blogger and are interested in working with them!!
My awesome Claw earrings... They are three parts. The post earring is the upper claw. The lower claw piece has three holes for varying looks/earlobe size. The piece is somewhat triangle in shape. And the claw really does Wrap around your ear!! Then you have a typical earring back. They have a lovely gold toned finish and DID NOT leave my ears at all green etc.

Everyone who saw these LOVED THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! I had both Women and MEN randomly coming up to me and asking where I got them and complementing how Bad A** they were. Some men even commented that they were almost tempted to get their ears pierced in order to wear earring if they were as cool as mine. (Straight men...)

They are classy and refined while being really awesome and hyper attractive. They are a bit heavy for the first day or so of wear. But after a week or so of wearing them continuously I would only notice I had them on when I went to go talk on the phone. I hate it when my ear gets pushed around on because I am wearing funky earrings.. But these were JUST SO CUTE AND FUNKY that I decided it was worth it :D

The site I recieved these from is OASAP.com

I also love this bag from OASAP :D
http://www.oasap.com/shoulder-bags/16370-pin-buckle-embellished-color-block-shoulder-bag.html

They are a bit pricy. But I love the look and I think it might be an awesome school bag. Being absolutely adorable also doesn't hurt either :D It can fit at least one or two one inch binders.. Not bad!

And this cuff is AWESOME! http://www.oasap.com/earrings/13314-dragon-shape-ear-cuff.html

I wish I could have chosen both my Adorable Claws and this awesome Dragon ear cuff. There is only one cuff in each packaged..... And I am a dork and wish they made right ear and left ear cuffs... but they don't.
I LOVE THE LOOK OF THESE!!! its almost an antiquated finish.

That is just about all
XD
Comments are ALWAYS appreciated.
Let me know how I am doing.. what you think of these? Would you buy them? etc

BUTTERLONDON Autum/ Winter 2012

Look at the awesome PressRelease I just saw :DD I love Butter LONDON and I LOVE these polishes!!!

The Purple and Mint green are absolutely adorable!!! Who wants to see swatches.. NOW! This girl. I am so psyched for this collection!!

butter LONDON Autumn/Winter 2012 Collection (All official images :D )

butter LONDON A/W 2012 Colours Include:

Lovely Jubbly
Colour: A vibrant magenta flecked with red, blue and gold micro particles. Channeling a distinctly retro 70’s feel, this sultry glitter gives high impact sparkle perfect for Disco Divas.
Definition: Brit speak for “Excellent.” Used when a person hears pleasing news or has a stroke of good luck.
TrustafarianColour: A golden holographic finish gives this delightful sage green a surprising and sophisticated edge.Definition: A spoiled rich kid who pretends to be a hippy but still goes home to Daddy’s mansion on the weekend.
GobsmackedColour: A heavily pigmented charcoal grey glitter with a slightly textured finish. This shade is unlike anything we’ve seen before. A legend in the making!Definition: To be totally speechless. Unable to think of anything to say.
ShagColour: A high-shine metallic lacquer in a warm orange-burgundy hue. Reminiscent of fallen Autumn leaves. Sigh.Definition: Brit slang for “knocking boots.”
Dodgy BarnettColour: A highly holographic shade that blurs the line between grey and silver. A classic!Definition: A bad hairdo. A mullet of any variety is a seriously Dodgy Barnett.

Trends for Autumn/Winter 2012:

Sequins! Velvet! Satin! Tweed! This season, the catwalks were abundant with rich texture! We’ve translated this to nails through the infusion of glitter particles and metallic and holographic finishes. The colour tones speak to “earthiness” but are not specifically earth tones – think rust, shimmering greens and silvers. This collection feels future-forward but not futuristic. This season is all about using texture to add interest and depth to your look!

Backstage with butter LONDON: butter LONDON is a backstage staple at Fashion Week, having created the nail looks for shows including Victoria Beckham, Calvin Klein, Betsey Johnson, and Yigal Azrouel. Sought after for their innovative design, technique, and custom blended colours, this season the brand created the nail looks for Altuzarra, Kevork, Kaelen, Simone Rocha, JS Lee, Craig Lawrence, Matthew Williamson, Michael van der Ham, and Roland Mouret.

MSRP: $14 eac

How awesome are they??? TOO COOL :DD

They come out hopefully sooner than later. I will do my best to get information and my hands on these polishes as soon as humanely possible :)

Nutralift :D

Hey everyone :)
This post is on the awesome line Nutralift.
Do they sound like a Hotey Totey Anti-aging company? Yes. Are they? Probably.
But I got to try some awesome gentle anti acne products and an awesome face scrub/mask!
The products I received were the Herbal Soap Free Cleanser, Colloidal Silver face toner, and Acne Defense (good for all ages) (that is what the site says!!). I also received Grapeseed Foaming Face Polish to try out as well.
Image from their site http://www.nutra-lift.com/images/products/large/%7B42522471-3D53-4186-9BD9-BBB094544091%7D_GiftSet%20acne (I did not receive the pretty box!)

The first three products are part of a three step system. You may or may not be familiar with the concept. But in all honesty it is quite simple. You wash your face, use a toner and then apply some kind of treatment. What is different about this particular system? It has no horribly harsh anti-bacterial substances. Colloidal silver is well known for its bacteria inhibitation. (Probably not a word) Or you know, its ability to stop bacteria from growing in the treated place.
Both the Acne Defense lotion (but it feels more like a serum! Bonus!) and the Toner contain Colloidal Silver. The Acne Defense feels light, contains Hyalouric acid (a moisturizer known for its ability to hold something to the tune of 100times its weight in water) and other moisturizers. It does not leave your skin feeling dry in the least!! I love it! I think that all of the products smell OK. They are all VERY green. And to some this might be offensive to their noses.
The Acne Defense makes me think of Sasafras? Like out in the Wild West? Not sure. It is a pleasant scent in My opinion.  The Acne defense also VISIBLY reduced an acne flare up I had a while back. I put it on in the morning when I noticed it. That night my skin was calmer and getting smoother already! The pump bottle is awesome. My only gripe about the system is that I wish all of the bottles had the same pump!

Image from site http://www.nutra-lift.com/images/products/large/%7B74BD7335-C7EB-46EF-A1CB-B74A600AB0EA%7D_B000YQ4LNC.jpg

The Grapeseed Foaming face polish was interesting to say the least. It had bits and pieces of grapeseed that seemed TOO rough to be used on my skin. The bits of Grapeskin also confused me greatly. I wish that the grit was finer. But I loved how it felt on my skin while it was doing the mask deal. You can actually wear it as a mask before scrubulating your skin. Totally not a word either. >..<
The face polish didn’t seem to foam as much as I would have liked it to have. But that’s ok. It left my skin soft and smooth in the end. It was just SUPER messy while I was using it. It was a bit of a pain in that respect.

    GLITTERPUKEE!!!

    Vivid Lacquer Cookies N Creme

I love love love this polish. When I first started putting this color on I got worried... Really worried. Worried that it would be too sheer and that I would end up with a VNL. Worried that it would have a gritty texture on my nails. Even worried that I might use up the whole bottle on one manicure...and then not even like it that much. (THERE!!! now you all know my personal insecurities that run through my head as I polish my nails.. Yea, and?) Anyhow, application with this polish was not difficult. I was able to apply three coats for complete opacity. There was no major glitter clumps, the formula was not too thick or too thin. Although it pains me to know that I can only get 4 mani's out of the mini bottle (If I don't do 1 layer over white) I will probably wear till it is GONE. And I am a bit of a polish user. Like a people user, but instead I get a polish to think I love it.. but then I toss it aside for another. I know. I am a horrible person.

But, here are the photos :DD I LOVE that this polish *looks* to non-lacquer heads like splatter. Then, it looks like paint..then insanity as they attempt to wrap their heads around the concept of shredded glitter. It is OK..feel free to call me horrible again.

That is just about it :DD

BUT!!!! Go check out Vivid Lacquer. Her polishes are amazing quality, adorable and affordable. Her mini's retail for $4.50 and the full sizes are $9 (Love commercial polishes.. but Vivid Lacquer definitely competes when Revlon polishes are now pushing $11 in some cases!!!!AND they are quite a bit more unique...duhhhh)

    Hurricane Season :D Vivid Lacquer

    Hey everyone :DDD
I have a very special feature today. Vivid Lacquer sent me a few polishes to swatch and share with you guys... So far I have worn the first of three Hurricane Season. Now, those of whom know that I am in Miami also know that I love anything to do with bad humor. And it is about to be Hurricane season here so this fits into both categories.. CUTE AND SATIRICAL :D

I decided that the perfect underwear for this color would be Sinful Colors Cinderella. If you guys don't remember what all the hubbub was about, it is a beautiful pale blue with awesome pinky shimmer. Talk about a Twofer :)

Then I layered on two *2* coats of Hurricane Season. The application was not bad. It applied evenly and did not make my life difficult by having all of the glitter stay in just one section of my nail. The shimmer of Cinderella perfectly matched that of Hurricane Season. I am pleased with my choice of underwear (I am not the only one who feels that way about dressing too..right? Like you go to a party and think, "I am wearing the perfect pair of underwear for this occasion".  Anyhow, I think that. Think me strange but I do.) and I love that it is exactly how it would look if I had put on a whole lot of coats but without the thick coat of polish or potential VNL (Visible Nail Line.. drives me bonkers).

So.. enough about me and my underwear and on to the photos :D

    See the PINK SHIMMER!!!!

One coat of Hurricane Season over Cinderella. Pardon my lack of cleanup in the preceding photos :) It was mid mani

The final result :D I LOVE IT!!! I wore the manicure for over a week... I have little to no chipping. Just a small amount of tip wear. NOW I am off to go put on my Cookies n Creme. The next polish I will be featuring from Vivid Lacquer. If you would like to purchase these polishes please check her out here:)

LOVE THESE EYELINERS!!! I actually did a test to prove that they are waterproof :D Just because I am a dork like that.

The colors are amazing and color payoff is even better. Check out these swatches :D
Before I went snorkeling... ALL DAY

After.. I have found that the Natural Smokey and Liquid eyeliner have the best staying power over a few different tests..

Beautiful packaging of the actual products!!!

These are some of the most amazing eyeliner products I have ever used. I love that they do not tug on the eye in any way. They do not run when you splash your face with water... but a good cry does seem to dislodge them fairly easily. They suggest the use of just some warm water and what I found to be an awesome microfiber wash cloth that they include in their Ultimate Goddess set.
The products I received were the Natural Smokey eye pencil, of which is the non-shimmery black pencil pictured in the swatches and photos above. It has amazing staying power and I love that all of the pencils included a built in smudger!

The Bronze Amulet Goddess pencil, which is a beautiful bronze that gently adds some shimmer to your eyes without being too dramatic.

The Charcol Obsidian Smokey Goddess pencil, the shimmery black featured above. It is a great soft black that adds a little extra something that you just wouldn't get with a plain old black pencil.

The Liquid Define eyeliner. The finest tip eyeliner I have used in a very long time. It is super pigmented, drys just fast enough that you can catch it before it is there for the day but you wont smudge it if you close your eye too soon. I was able to get sooo close to my lashline that most people would not even notice that I am wearing eyeliner. I was also able to wear the liner all day.

Lo and behold. I forgot to take off my eyeliner one of the days I was testing these products. I woke up without the nasty raccoon eyes or the I  haven't slept in days look/never got home last night black stains on my pillow.

THE MASCARA!!! There is a reason why Eye of Horus is famous for their mascara!!!! It allows for both natural and dramatic lash looks. The mascara doesn't budge during the day. The brush is amazing and allows you to get every little lash without creating a crazy clumpy mess. You know all of the companies that promise *clump free* yada yada??  This mascara is the closest to clump free I have ever used. I apply one coat from underneath to put my lashes in position and then a second to give them a fuller look from the top. And I barely need to wipe off the brush either. Eye of Horus products are now my new go to :)

I would hate to bore you guys... But I also received an awesome pencil sharpener and mirror compact from the company. To say the least they are awesome. No splinters from the sharpener and there is a magnifying mirror in the compact. As well as a normal one.

      I SUGGEST THEIR PRODUCTS 100%

They are in Australia however, so I do understand if the shipping and the fact that they seem to retail for A LOT. But remember that the site is not in USD and shipping isn't too bad when you get more than one product.

Check out their site and social media :D

      Upcoming reviews

How do I end up with so many reviews??? I haven't a clueBut I do know that I will have help in the future, my sister Kaitlin aka Hungry Russian Wombat, of whom will not be starting her own blog for the time being.. in a sense it is not a guest post. But lets say it is :)
Anywhooo, I will soon be featuring many more so called *guest* posts. When really they are posts featuring the experience of someone else with a product that I either could not use or had an adverse reaction to and felt that the product needed a second chance. Or, that I would most likely never be able to tell the effects. Ie; Anti-aging products, Men's Axe, Acne products for severe acne, kids products etc.Everyone who will be posting are very close to me. Family members, close friends, people who I picked off the street... TOTALLY KIDDING!!!!!
But in the end it comes to this. My blog is my baby. I wouldn't trust with people who I don't trust in real life. End of story.
I love what I do and cannot wait to share more wonderful products with you guys.

      Konvine Convenient foldable shoes!

      Hey everyone!!!!
This review is about KONVINE!!!! t
he cutest foldable shoe seller I have seen yet.

The have the most variety of any company and the largest size range I have ever met. The extra large is a 12-13.. that is awesome. For both Drag Queens and big footed women alike. (yes, I just went there) Anyhow, these are just too cute. They come in a wide variety of styles. Every kind of girl can find a pair to suit her style. The punky rocker type chic can take her choosing of the styles that feature a cute skull and cross bones design on the front. The girly girl can check out the cute styles with an adorable heart featured at the front. The trendsetter can pick from the fun styles featuring a trendy pompom at the front in cool color. Every other girl in between will find something they like. A big step up from the usual boring comes in color or only in silver.

I did have an issue that the original pair I recieved was too small. I have big feet. I wear a 10/11n(only if the shoes run short!) and the large did not fit me. But, I was able to get the next size up (which was BIG on me) but in this case bigger is better. Why?? Because after a long night in CRAZY heels... your feet might be swollen, tender and just happy to be in big roomy flats.

Why are these better than the flats I have used in the past??

      1. they are better built and have a more durable sole

      2. They stood up too four straight days of running around a Comic Convention. THAT IS A LOT OF WALKING/RUNNING!!!

      3. They are absolutely adorable!!

      4. They were crazy comfortable after walking around for 4 hours in insane character shoes.

      5. Everyone loved them. They are super sleek. Fit in my purse with ease and are far less embarrassing than the paper thin foldy flats of yester year. At my junior prom I ended up wearing a pair of them at the after party... guess who wished she had a pair of flip flops instead. >..< This girl.

      6. They can almost *almost* pass off as real shoes. Which is great when you are at an event and your feet are killing you. You put these on and no biggie. Unless you point out your feet my bet is that no one will notice.

BUTTTT   You will probably go around bragging that your foldable flats are so much cuter than the next girls!

      That is just about all..

But definitely check out their site and see all of the adorable shoes they have.. The screen shot is mine (again)  http://www.konvine.com/index.php/

      • After a big night out - when you've had enough of those painful, yet stylish shoes!
      • When travelling to work - running shoes are not only cumbersome, but are not too attractive with business attire.
      • Airplane travel slippers - our comfortable shoes are the perfect fit for your handbag & can simply be unfolded when you are ready to relax during the ride.
      • Around the office - Everyone likes to be comfortable at their desk but still need to be presentable if you need to speak to other workers, clients or the boss. Our foldable shoes will fit right in your office drawer or handbag and can be a great alternative to wearing your heels.
      • Wedding Shoes - Every bride says the same thing, "Why did I buy those heels. And I never knew smiling could hurt". But after hours or walking around on your stilts and smiling nonstop, you'll thank yourself for being so smart by buying Konvine's White Wedding Shoes.
Konvine foldable ballet flats are not disposable & will last you well in to the future, unlike some of the other foldable shoes that are available on the market.
I hear from many women that they are not slaves to their heels, and much prefer flip-flops. But they all have to wear the stillettos once in a while - and carrying around several different pairs of shoes for one event is just ridiculous. Our shoes are rugged enough to walk anywhere. The sole is made of a study base so your shoes will last for years to come.
To all of you, from all of us at Konvine - Thank you and Happy Shopping!
